Dental Studio 32 provides dental healthcare services including but not limited to: consultations, cleaning, root canal treatment, dental implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and paediatric dentistry.

• All treatments are performed by qualified dental professionals
• Treatment recommendations are based on clinical examination and individual patient needs
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if clinically inappropriate or if the patient is deemed unfit
• Results may vary from patient to patient based on individual health conditions

📅 Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and ask that you value ours. The following applies to all appointments:

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance
• Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to prioritise future bookings for you
• Emergency slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Booking an appointment does not guarantee a specific appointment time until confirmed by our team

💰 Fees & Payments

All fees are communicated transparently before treatment begins. The following applies:

• A written treatment plan with costs is provided before any major procedure
• Fees are payable at the time of treatment unless an EMI arrangement has been agreed
• GST is applicable as per government guidelines and will be reflected in your invoice
• 0% EMI is available on eligible treatments — terms apply and must be arranged in advance
• Price estimates are based on the initial examination and may change if clinical findings differ

📸 Photography & Consent

Dental Studio 32 may take clinical photographs or X-rays as part of your treatment record. These are stored securely and are not shared publicly without your explicit written consent. We may occasionally ask patients for permission to share anonymised before/after images for educational or marketing purposes — this is entirely optional and requires your signed consent.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to provide the highest standard of care, Dental Studio 32 cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes as results vary between individuals. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of treatment provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from dental treatment.
